Sarah K. Minczeski is a research analyst at the Center for Naval
Analysis and co director of The Energy Conversation. The California native came to Washington, DC upon graduating from UC Santa Barbara with degrees in Environmental Science and Portuguese. Prior to joining CNA she worked for Congresswoman Capps and Congressman Visclosky. Ms. Minczeski is a board member of the Energy Consensus, and is active with the National
Association of Environmental Law Societies, and Net Impact.The mission of the Energy Conversation is to create a collaborative, networked community of Energy Smart advocates to inform, educate and communicate with the American people on how to successfully build a sustainable energy future.
