Kyle Gracey is a joint graduate student in public policy and environmental science at the University of Chicago. He graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2006 with degrees in Ecological Economics, Values & Policy and Biochemistry/Biophysics. He also studied international environment and development issues at The American University in Washington, DC and in Brazil, Israel, and the United Arab Emirates. A Truman Scholar, Kyle spent over a year working in the Office of the United States Secretary of Transportation as an Environmental Policy Analyst. He also recently interned for the United States Department of the Treasury's Office of International Affairs. He is the Chair for SustainUS: The United States Youth Network for Sustainable Development, and serves on the Board of Directors for Student Pugwash USA. He is a University of Chicago Representative for both the Clinton Global Initiative and Campus Progress.
